Anyone know what Klak'anon: Gears (misc.) means? That is cited as the source of this Rykshi-essential.

It is from a BLUE shiny collection quest. You have to complete the that rare faydwer collection quest to get the goggles that let you see the blue shinys. Then you have to collect the blue shinys for all the extra rewards. The blue shinys also have 1 rare piece in each collection, just like all the EoF collections

So basically if you don't have the goggles, you will need to buy the pieces on the broker to complete the collection. I can't remember the collection off the top of my head, but I know it contains the "idler gear" and "crown gear" if you get one of those, you can at least see what the other pieces are.

I could give you one lol I actually have 2 of these things right now. Saine and Kerai have both done the collection. I can send you Kerai's as I don't even use her house

Ohhh that would look nice in my house. On a side note, I am working feverishly to finish the expert collection quest, so if anyone has any rare shinies they just don't need, pass them my way

I would love to buy the spare from you, Saine! I know they sell on the AH, but I figured I would get it the hard way. Sadly, though, I am a ways off from the goggle reward, I think.... I need to spend the weekend scouring Steamfont for shinies.

You can still do those collections even if you haven't finished the expert recognition quest. You would just have to buy the pieces rather than finding the blue shinies yourself. You can have my extra one though I think it's sitting in Kerai's house that has almost nothing in it. So I'd have to come to your house and place it there for you.

But after getting that first one, he bought all the rest

OK stupid question. What gears do you need?

I completed this one the other day waiting on the raid to start (Heroic Confrontation). I ran to the broker and bought the pieces. I think the most I spent is about 14-17 gold for one piece, the others were silver. yeah!

If you search using the word gear, you will find all the pieces, but also some used in a different collection quest. I used EQ2i (now up and running again!) - they have the collection quest listed, with all the needed parts. Like Mirul, I found them all pretty cheap on the vendors.

worm (I think it is worn but not 100%) gear
