First of all, to know when something new has been posted, read this thread: click here. (If you all ready know how to tell when something new has been posted, then continue reading.)Let's say that you see the icon indicating that a new post has been made. You enter the forum and read all the new posts. Then you click "back" to the beginning and the icon still says there are new posts even though you've read them all. The reason this is happening is because you are clicking BACK. Clicking back will NOT update the forums. In order for the forums to update properly, you must use the navigation found above each forum you enter. For example, if you look at the top of this post right now, you'll see this: Tairise >> Website and Forum FAQs and Feedback >> Website and Forum FAQs >> Why showing "new post" when I read it all ready? Instead of clicking 'back' when you're done reading the post, click on the forum name you're in. For this example, you'd click on "Website and Forum FAQs" which will take you back to all the threads of this forum. To move you back further, then click on "Tairise" and you're back to the very beginning. You'll note that the icon now shows that there are no new posts because you read them all.
