One set is a Durabilty buff and the other set is a progress set. The two set switch at each 10 level... let's see if I remember this right.
Level 01 - Progress buffs
Level 10 - Durability buffs
Level 20 - Progress buffs
Level 30 - Durability buffs
Yea, that seems right. After level 10 you should have a Hot key bar with 6 hot keys, Hot keys 1 - 3 = your highest durability buffs, Hot keys 4 - 6 = your highest Progress buffs. Start the combine using you durabilty buffs (you can go above 100% durability, BTW). When you reach Crude level make a decision, if you are "ahead of the curve" move to your Progress buffs, if you are behind stay with your durability buffs. If you are using your Progress buffs and Durabilty starts getting low, switch back to durability... or if you're lazy just stick with your durability buffs all the time
Each 10 level you get the same 3 buffs;
one that raises (durabilty or progress) and lowers luck, one that raises (durabilty or progress) and lowers power and
one that raises durabilty and lowers progress (or raises progress and lowers durability..depending on which 10 set it is)
I always line the hot keys up in the same order. Hot Key 1 (Raise Durabilty, lower luck) Key 2 (Raise Durability, Lower progress) Key 3 (Raise Durability, Lower Power) Key 4 (Raise Progress, lower luck) Key 5 (Raise Progess, Lower Durability) Key 6 (Raise Progess, Lower Power)
Now here's my secret for making Pristine everytime
Have a strong drink (Orange) active at all times.
Start with the key combo 1, 2 & 3. You hit the keys right after you get the results from the last cycle (you see number floating up in the air). If there is a event, counter the event, otherwise, hit 1, 2 & 3.
Continue doing this until you only have 1 bar of power left. Do not use all your power, you'll need some to counter events. (usually I am very close to finishing the crude stage. or just finished)
Now, switch to just key 1 (and event countering of course). This usually last through stage 2 and most of 3.
If durability is good (high in the prisitine level) continue with key 1 or if you're brave move to progress keys, either keys 4 and 5 combo or key 4 solo.
If durability is bad then you continue (or switch back to) progress keys, key combo 1 & 3 (your power should have replenished by now).
If durability falls out of the Prisitine level, then you gotta pour on the coal again and you go back to Key Combo 1, 2 & 3. As soon as durability raises back into Prisitine level drop key 2 and do key combo 1 & 3; when power become critical, drop key 3.
Final note, Power should never be maxed when crafting. If you have max power then throw a 3 or 6 key into your mix... You want power to always be ticking.(make sense?)
There you go
