One thing to remember when looking at the post in the link is that a lot of it is wrong. It is good for a general guide but here are a few things that are different.
There are no tier 1 writs. The earliest you can do any type of writ, adventure or trade, is level 10. Please note the list below doesn't include any new writs from DoF.
10 - 14 - 2/faction (8 total) 15 - 19 - 3/faction (12 total) 20 - 24 - 3/faction (12 total) 25 - 29 - 4/faction (16 total) 30 - 34 - 4/faction (16 total) 35 - 39 - 5/faction (20 total) 40 - 44 - 5/faction (20 total) 45 - 49 - 6/faction (24 total)
= 128 City tasks/writs + 1 Tradeskill writ = 129 unique writs
Also, with the new patron (or lack thereof) system, the cap is 24 members for calculating status contributed. For example, a level 30 writ gives 2950 status. Divide that by 24 (since we have more than 24 guild members) and the status contributed is 123.
