Heh, I'm sure this is gonna be a very interesting thread ;D But, I thought I'd toss out the subject... what's on your EQ2 wishlist? On the official forums, I've posted a lot about artwork/graphics. I feel that the armor and weapons are just sad. They are very dull in color and very plain in decoration. If any of you have seen Lineage 2, the weapons and the armor there is just incredible! I realize that the SoE staff want to keep the game from being to fantastic (they don't want swords with a gun barrel or somethign nuts like that), but I really think that they should cut loose. EQ2 is in a fantasy world. They don't have to make things totally weird... but they should be able to make things a little more decorative/imaginative. For instance, I love the level 30 (i think) monk outfit. It's SO different from everything else in the game. And the color is white, very different from the typical rusty grays and washed out browns. I think they are making suitable changes to the landscape and such, but I'd really, really like to see them do something with the armor and weapons. The Lore Mastery weapons are even a little cooler than what we wield

Here's a couple of Artisian wishes..
1) Merchant's sell inventory was tabbed. One for books, one for fuels, one for everything else. I get So-o-o tired pages through pages and pages of books to find my candles..
2) a "Want to Buy" broker next to the current "Want to Sell" broker. The only challenge is SOE would need to provide some method of selecting which item a person would want to buy.

They had that in L2. You could buy and sell but not at the same time.. it was very much like the slotted bags. The person buying would limit the quantity to 5 candles, they'd put a value of 25c per candle.. then the person selling to said buyer would just drop candles in that person's bag and got paid 25c each.
It was pretty cool. But it was a 'bizzar' type of thing. There were TONS of people in each town buying and selling wares. You'd get so lagged travelling through the towns because of the market. I really like these market boards in EQ2.

I *totally* agree on the points mentioned here so far. I often think the armor and weaponry looks a little plain, but at least later on you get some sexier duds. But I want VARIETY, not just better-looking stuff... give us more options!! Right now I kinda have the best of both worlds - my crimson-and-gold feysteel brigandine is highly sexy and very unique - you very rarely see anyone in a full suit or even nearly full suit like mine. I'm now sporting the black enchanted thicket woven sleeves, gloves, and bracers, and they work well with the feysteel brig given that it's trimmed in black. But the sad, sad fact is that I'm going to hit 40 very soon and then... sigh... I'm going to look like every single 40+ scout (or med. armor wearer) on the server. You basically have two options for medium armor post-40: fulginate or ebon. They have exactly the same model, but the ebon is tinted darker. Kinda stinks, IMO - absolutely no variety in the end-game, when we all could be looking highly unique, to reflect the individual paths we've taken in our first 40 seasons. It's bumming me out already and I'm not even there yet. And Candu, the tabbed tradsekill merchant window is something I've actually /feedbacked myself. I know exactly what you mean - when all I want is a stack of kindling, I get a little tired of scrolling through dozens of recipe books.

Ah, I forgot to comment on that part. I too agree with you Candu on the fuels and what not. I hate scrolling thru all the extra junk just to get some sand paper..
