Ok you've waited long enough ---- here it is
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Kaefir woke up being dragged down a corridor between two guards. The pain was still there and her mind was fuzzy, but she couldn't really remember anything of what had happened to her. Not until they had woken her up. The memories before that time were just a very hazy blur.
They took her down a long hallway made up of slippery, slime covered stones to a cell and took her in. As they were chaining her hands to the wall behind her, a tall robed figure appeared out of the air in front of them.
The Teir'Dal spoke to the guards in Ogre, and they replied back in hushed, respectful tones. He nodded his head and looked over at Kaefir.
"You are the little Feir'Dal priest. That is most fortunate for you. However, your friend will not be so fortunate."
Her head jerked up at the mention of Elinea, "Where is Elinea?"
"They aren't quite finished with her yet. And I haven't even started."
The guards had her hands chained by this time, but not Kaefir's feet. They were both bigger then she was, but she was faster.
Before they could realize what she had in mind, she had moved her foot, reached out with it, and hit one of the Ogres in the only place she could reach. He doubled over in severe pain. The other guard grabbed her feet and quickly chained them to the floor.
The guard Kaefir had injured recovered quickly. He came up from his stoop and slapped her across the face. She had enough quickness still to barely avoid being spit on. His friend came back with his sword drawn and placed the edge of it to her throat.
He left it there for several minutes. Then quickly and giving Kaefir no time to react, he thrust it into her thigh, and left it there for a few seconds. He finally pulled it out, and the two guards laughed.
Kaefir closed her eyes and thought, "I will not let them know how much it hurts. Never." She didn't move or cry out, but kept her eyes closed and waited.
"They all have orders not to kill you. However, 'accidents' do happen. I highly suggest you stop this nonsense and cooperate."
"You haven't told me; where is Elinea?"
"I would be careful not to use that tone with me. I'm not as gentle as the guards. She will be here shortly, I'm sure."
Almost as if it were a signal of sorts, the gate at the far end of the corridor opened, and two guards came down the hallway.
"I believe she is coming as we speak."
Kaefir looked up in time to see two guards walking side by side.
One of them carried a very pale and very still Elinea.
"Oh, Eli. No."
The guards opened the door to the cell. Hetae followed behind.
They started to chain her hands down, as Kaefir's had been done, but the Teir'Dal stopped them, and spoke to them. The guards nodded. They then pulled both arms up and chained them above her head. Elinea screamed and closed her eyes.
Kaefir realized suddenly to her horror that both of Elinea's arms were broken.
"When I get my hands on that Dark Elf......," Kaefir was silent but about to burst inside.
Hetae walked over to where Elinea was now chained up by both hands and feet.
"Let me introduce myself. The name is Hetae. I'm your, for want of a better word, 'instructor'."
Elinea's blue eyes looked up into the dark eyes of Hetae, "I'm going to kill you some day."
"Really? I don't think so." He pulled a dagger from his robe pocket, and looked at it for a moment, "Yes this will do very nicely, I think."
Elinea didn't understand at first what he had in mind, until Kaefir got her atttention, "You sadistic creep!"
Before she could move at all, he had pinned the upper part of her arm to the stone wall behind her. Just as quick as the first time, he had another dagger out and did it to the other arm.
Elinea felt her head spinning and her sight was getting blurred.
"The effects you're feeling are from a potion an alchemist made for me. It's not a poison, but an halucinagenic. It intensifies sensations, particularly, painful ones."
He spoke once again to the guards. They came over and unlocked her hands. Elinea fell to the stone floor in a small crumpled heap, and a loud cry of pain.
