Many of you have heard rumor of your Dwarven Work Boots giving you a better harvesting rate for rares. I'm not quite sure if that is true... but there IS a quest to make your work boots Fabled and a bit more friendly on the harvesting end, especially if you're only short one or two points to make it to the next zone.
