Guild Level Raid A guild level raid is based on the guild's current level. Every time the guild reaches a level (in multiples of 5) a new raid zone is open to us. For example, we will have a new raid zone open to Tairise at guild levels 5, 10, 15, 20, etc.
You can receive any and all guild level raids from any of the Writ Providers as soon as the guild levels as mentioned above. The Writ Providers will then direct you to Accountant Fowler in Qeynos Harbor (in an office near the South Qeynos gate).
To complete a guild level raid, you must have a minimum group of 6 (no less) and a maximum group of 12 (no more).
Regular Raid Regular raids are typically associated with high end quests provided by NPCs throughout Norrath. What separates a regular encounter and a raid is the difficulty of the mob. I'm sure many have seen or at least heard of one or two heroic mobs that are level 54^^^ with gold flags and bells and whistles. Hehe those are considered raid encounters and would need at least 3 groups (^^^) to kill it.
I think at this time the (^^^) is not always true. I'll research this.
