Looking for a Tier 4 Weaponsmith or Armorsmith

Have a rare Feysteel cluster from EL, and would like it made into an one Handed Axe.

I don't know if it's better to imbue them or adorn them, but I'm sure that I can buy adornments off the broker. I have the rare imbue material available as well.

If I can't find a weaponsmith, then perhaps an armorsmith for the Mastercrafted plate chest piece. If going for the chest piece, I want the one with Int stat.

Any takers?

The last LU changed it so that you can adorn imbued items, so it's no longer a one or the other choice.

Or is that the next LU that's doing that? Hmm...
