Recruitment and Evaluation
Although the application process can be adapted at the discretion of our officers, the process is generally as follows:
Apply via the Recruitment Office Forum and speak to a guild leader, officer, or member in game. Once your application has been approved, you will be invited into the guild as a recruit.
Tairise has a minimum two-week trial period which allows the guild to evaluate you, and allows you to assess whether Tairise is the right fit for you. During the trial period, you should make an effort to group with members of Tairise, including the officers.
During the trial period, if you expect to be inactive for an extended period of time, you should let the guild leadership know, either in game or on the forums. If you are not able to do so, your character will likely be removed from the guild, and you may need to reapply.
Once the trial period is over (and if you would like to be promoted to full member), the members of the guild will assess your application, and vote on whether full membership should be granted.
Please note that the guild cloak design will not accessible until you have been promoted to full member.
